Pipeline management: I managed the art production pipeline with cross-functional teams for an XR music rhythm game published by Meta, supervising the optimization of visual assets to ensure smooth performance in VR
Creative Supervision: As an art producer and artist in the team, I oversaw environment design while fostering open conversation between team members to shape a cohesive visual style leveraging Meta Quest 3’s unique features and technical limitation, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and stakeholder expectations
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Resolved production bottlenecks by implementing agile workflows and creative problem-solving techniques, while adapting to evolving publisher requirements and feedback to meet deadlines
